quir\u00fargicos ya est\u00e1n siendo instalados en un n\u00famero de quir\u00f3fanos de todo el mundo. <\/span><span>La rob\u00f3tica se est\u00e1 introduciendo en la medicina ya que permite un control sin precedentes y la precisi\u00f3n de los instrumentos quir\u00fargicos en procedimientos m\u00ednimamente invasivos. <\/span><span>Hasta ahora, los robots han sido utilizados para la posici\u00f3n de un endoscopio, realizar una cirug\u00eda de ves\u00edcula biliar y el reflujo gastroesof\u00e1gico y acidez correcta. <\/span><span>El objetivo final del campo de la cirug\u00eda rob\u00f3tica es dise\u00f1ar un robot que puede ser utilizado para realizar el cerrado del pecho en la cirugia de coraz\u00f3n abierto. <\/span><span>El uso de la rob\u00f3tica en la cirug\u00eda se ampliar\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas, sin duda alguna. <\/span><span>La Cirug\u00eda M\u00ednimamente Invasiva (MIS) es un enfoque revolucionario en la cirug\u00eda. <\/span><span>En MIS, la operaci\u00f3n se realiza con los instrumentos y equipos de visi\u00f3n insertados en el cuerpo a trav\u00e9s de peque\u00f1as incisiones creadas por el cirujano, en contraste con la cirug\u00eda abierta con grandes incisiones. <\/span><span>Esto minimiza el trauma quir\u00fargico y el da\u00f1o al tejido sano, lo que resulta en un menor tiempo de recuperaci\u00f3n del paciente. <\/span><span>El objetivo de este libro es proporcionar una visi\u00f3n general del estado del arte, para presentar nuevas ideas, resultados originales y experiencias pr\u00e1cticas en esta \u00e1rea
