Para ello se reuni\u00f3 un grupo de trabajo de consenso de expertos internacionales para desarrollar gu\u00edas seg\u00fan un enfoque de la medicina basada en evidencias , usando el sistema GRADE. Establecieron un consenso internacional com\u00fan dirigi\u00e9ndose a preguntas pr\u00e1cticas, cl\u00ednicamente relevantes en este situaci\u00f3n.
