Su  finalidad\u00a0 es promover el debate, la reflexi\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico  sobre el derecho internacional humanitario y la acci\u00f3n y la pol\u00edtica  humanitarias durante los conflictos armados internacionales y otras  situaciones de violencia.
