Se ofrece una descripci\u00f3n detallada de la fragmentaci\u00f3n del sistema de salud a lo largo de seis dimensiones (organizaciones, cobertura conjunta de riesgos, elegibilidad, beneficios, primas \/ contribuciones, pagos) y los efectos de las reformas hist\u00f3ricas en Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Brasil, M\u00e9xico y Chile, como as\u00ed como ejemplos de \u00e9xito de la integraci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a y Turqu\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, ofrece un conjunto de opciones de pol\u00edtica para promover la integraci\u00f3n de los sistemas de salud y una serie de medidas pr\u00e1cticas para la aplicaci\u00f3n de las reformas del sistema de salud.
